IE Consulting was commissioned by Irish Water in 2018 to undertake the infrastructural design associated with a proposed 1200 PE ICW system at Lixnaw, Co Kerry which to proposed to replace the existing overloaded wastewater treatment plant.
IE Consulting undertook the planning stage and tender stage design of new foul water sewers, new pumping station, pumping station compound and rising main and outfall design from the proposed ICW system.
Other services provided included site investigation works, the preparation of a Stage 3 Site Specific Flood Risk Assessment, hydrogeological investigation works, input to tender documentation and attendance at
public consultation meetings.
