Jer Keohane
Jer Keohane is a Technical Director of IE Consulting providing technical oversight of projects. He has over 35 years’ experience in water and geotechnical engineering and is a Fellow of CIWEM, and a member of Engineers Ireland.

Paul McShane
Paul McShane is a Director of IE Consulting with responsibility for Engineering, Hydrology, and Civil Engineering Design, with a focus on Flood Risk Assessment, Wastewater Treatment, and Catchment Assessment.

Niamh O’Malley
Niamh O’Malley is a Senior Engineer and Company Associate with 15 years’ experience in the water industry. Niamh is responsible for project management and delivery of flood risk assessments, hydrological assessments, wastewater treatment and design, and civil engineering design. She is our lead expert in hydraulic modelling of river systems and assessment of flood risk. Niamh is a Chartered Environmental Engineer and is a Member of Engineers Ireland (MIEI).

Sandra Furlong
Sandra Furlong is a Project Manager with 20 years’ experience in office management, accounting and payroll. Sandra is responsible for project cost control, office administration, company accounts (accounts payable/accounts receivable), health and safety procedures and first aid. Sandra is a Member of Irish Payroll Association (MIPA).

Kevin Murphy
Kevin Murphy is a Project Hydrogeologist with IE Consulting responsible for Hydrogeological Investigations; Conceptual Modelling, Step & Pump Test Analysis, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR), Land Spread Mapping and Water Sampling. Kevin is a member of the Institute of Geologists of Ireland (IGI) and a member of the Irish Chapter of the International Association of Hydrogeologists.

Logan McMillan
Logan McMillan is a Civil Engineer with six years consultancy experience. Logan is responsible for the design of foul and surface water drainage systems, preparation of flood risk assessments and IT maintenance.

John Mc Gorian
John Mc Gorian is a Civil Engineer with five years’ experience in IE Consulting. John is a member of Engineers Ireland, has a passion for hydraulic structures and is responsible for the preparation of site specific flood risk assessments, hydrological assessments, hydraulic modelling of river systems, infiltration testing, carrying out topographical surveys of watercourses and noise monitoring.

Micheal O Flatharta
Micheal O Flatharta is a Project Hydrologist with five years consulting experience. Micheal is responsible for the preparation of site specific flood risk assessments and hydrological assessments. He has built 1d-2d hydraulic models of river systems in both Ireland and the UK using a variety of modelling software.
